1. Scope of Services

Energetics with Emily provides holistic, energetic, and educational services, including:

• Medical Qigong healing
• Organ Energetics sessions and programs
• Energetic intuitive readings
• Qigong movement and breathwork
• Life coaching and spiritual guidance
• Group programs
• Mentorship containers
• House energy clearings
• Educational materials, meditations, and digital content

These services are complementary wellness modalities designed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness. They are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

2. Nature of Services (No Medical or Psychological Advice)

By booking or engaging with any service, you acknowledge that:

• Emily is not a medical doctor, psychotherapist, or licensed mental health provider.
• These offerings do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or psychological conditions.
• You agree to continue seeking care from licensed providers for all medical or mental health concerns.
• You are responsible for your own health decisions and well-being.

3. Client Responsibility

By participating in services, you agree:

• to disclose any major physical, mental, or energetic concerns that may impact your session
• to participate voluntarily and within your physical limits
• to consult your medical doctor or mental health provider as needed
• to use your own judgment when applying insights or practices shared in sessions
• to understand that all recommendations are optional and for educational and spiritual purposes only

4. Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated with respect and confidentiality. Confidentiality does not apply to information that:

• is required by law to be disclosed
• was known to the Practitioner prior to disclosure
• is obtained from a third party without breach of confidentiality
• indicates risk of harm to self or others

5. Scheduling and Delivery of Services

Sessions may be held in person, on Zoom, or through other virtual platforms. Clients are responsible for attending sessions on time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show and the full session fee will be retained.

All content, including meditations, curriculum, frameworks, videos, teachings, and written materials, is the exclusive property of Energetics with Emily. You may not reproduce, share, or distribute any materials without written permission. Recordings of sessions or classes provided to clients are for personal use only and may not be shared, posted, or distributed without written permission from Energetics with Emily.

8. Safety, Assumption of Risk, and Limitation of Liability

By participating in any service, class, or program, you acknowledge that all healing work involves inherent physical, emotional, and energetic risk. You represent that you are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Energetics with Emily is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from your participation. You agree not to pursue legal claims against Emily or her agents arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify and hold Emily harmless from any claims related to your participation.

9. Termination

Either the Practitioner or the Client may terminate services at any time with written notice. Refunds follow the policies listed above.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith within 30 days. If unresolved, the parties agree to binding arbitration in California. Arbitration costs will be shared equally.

11. Modifications and Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
